Kevin Ryan is one of New York’s foremost Internet entrepreneurs and the founder of numerous companies including Double Click, MongoDB, Business Insider, Zola and Gilt Group. AlleyCorp is one of the most active early stage funds in New York, with a portfolio of companies across industries that have collectively raised more than USD$2 billion in venture capital. He holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University (Class of 1985) and an MBA from INSEAD (Class of 1990) and has served on the boards of both institutions. Currently the director emeritus of Human Rights Watch, he is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a senior advisor to Endeavor, the world’s leading organisation for high impact entrepreneurship.
