Pursue an academically rigorous, credit-bearing academic programme abroad.
Pursue a rigorous arts programme in a more applied and technical setting, such as in studio and performing arts.
Deepen knowledge of an interest area or broaden skills sets through faculty-led experiential learning projects of short duration during semester break.
Pursue academic training in bioethics through a seven-week intensive summer programme alongside other undergraduates, graduate students, and professionals from various disciplines.
Pursue a faculty-led or original research project in any discipline.
Conduct original research in science, technology and engineering under the supervision of a Yale faculty mentor through the Yale College Dean’s Research Fellowship.
Undertake life sciences research through the Summer Research Opportunities at Harvard or the Summer Honors Undergraduate Research Program.
Receive support from CIPE advisors when applying for competitive research programmes and fellowships hosted by external organizations worldwide.
Hone skills and expand your writing portfolio at an internationally acclaimed writing programme overseas.
Receive intensive and immersive language training in foreign languages (other than Chinese and Spanish).
Further knowledge and practice of the Chinese language. This is made possible through Tan Chin Tuan Foundation’s generous gift in support of advancement of Chinese studies and sinological work at the College.
Further your knowledge and practice of Spanish language in immersive environments beyond Yale-NUS College.
Receive short-term funding for student-led initiatives that raise awareness of a social issue or advance a solution to a social challenge.
Receive short- to medium- term funding for student-led initiatives that engage with contemporary social problems and issues in Singapore.
Develop professional and academic interests and skills across a wide spectrum of sectors and roles that are CIPE-curated.
Apply and receive pre-approved funding support (for students who want to be in the driver’s seat) to secure internships that are aligned with personal interests.
Develop professional and academic interests and skills in a CIPE-matched role. For students who are game not to know where and who they are interning with until close to their start dates.
Gain valuable working experience on campus over the summer break.
Develop a summer opportunity based on individual interests, with the option to seek support from the Centre for International & Professional Experience’s advisors.
