- CIPE Conference Room (prior booking required)
- Fitness Centre
- Library
CIPE Conference Room
The CIPE Conference Room may be booked for alumni-related use. Its spacious and comfortable setting is ideal for meetings, reading groups, or get-togethers with students.
Booking
Alumni should request a booking using this form. Bookings need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance, so that we can schedule a Student Associate to be present and provide logistical support.
The following timeslots are available for alumni bookings*:
- Weekdays: 6pm – 10pm
- Weekends: 9am – 10pm
*Not available on Singapore public holidays and Yale-NUS end-of-year term break. Please contact us if your desired booking coincides with these periods.
The room booking is only confirmed when the alum making the request receives a confirmation email from Alumni Affairs. If the timing is not available due to another College event, exigencies of work or other circumstances such as facilities maintenance, Alumni Affairs may decline the booking; alumni should then consider another date for the booking.
The alum who requests the booking must be present during the period for which the room is booked.
Cancellation
Alumni who wish to cancel a request or a booking must do so promptly and not later than 24 hours in advance by writing to alumni@yale-nus.edu.sg.
Alumni who do not show up half an hour after their allotted booking time will be considered to have cancelled their booking. Any remaining time will be forfeited.
