There are many student-run organisations at Yale-NUS that engage with one or more art forms, and as a result, they create a vibrant arts scene on campus. What follows is just a brief list of some of the art-related student organisations that are active on campus.
Yale-NUS Fashion Society
We are a platform for creative expression which includes, but not limited to art, design and photography. Ultimately, we aim to promote visual literacy and appreciation of visual culture and to deepen understanding of the fashion, beauty and style industry through interaction with the industry professionals.

Society of Yale-NUS College Dancers (sYNCD)
sYNCD represents the many dance groups in Yale-NUS College – Standard Ballroom, Latin Ballroom, Bhangra, Kpop, Street Jazz and Ukrainian Dance. Performing at school events, conducting dance workshops and other open classes are some things that sYNCD does with a passion. – Anyone can dance. –

We perform non-scripted comedic skits, create stories, and play games using audience suggestions and hopefully they laugh.
Singers Guild
The Singers’ Guild is the nerve centre of the Yale-NUS College singing scene, and is an umbrella group for our many singing groups. Make music with us!

Visual Arts Society
We make, teach, showcase, and do all things art.
VAS is a platform for Yale-NUS to engage with the Visual Arts, whether by promoting an appreciation for art, honing individual artistic skills, or providing a support network for practicing artists.
Members can participate in or organize visual art-related activities, including art jams, workshops, exhibitions, external events, etc. VAS welcomes anyone interested in art, regardless of skill/experience level.
