Yale faculty members have been closely involved with the College since its inception, working side by side with our inaugural faculty helping to develop our singular and celebrated Common Curriculum. Since then, many faculty members have come to Singapore, offering short-term and semester length courses for students as well as engaging with them in experiential learning programmes like Learning Across Boundaries (LABs) and Week 7. Many Yale-NUS faculty choose to spend a study leave at Yale, strengthening the connections between the two institutions.
Students find a wealth of opportunity at Yale. Every year, many Yale-NUS students spend a semester abroad on Yale’s historic New England campus. Others spend the summer there, gaining invaluable experience working with faculty in science and medical labs or undertaking a course of study.
For students with specific career interests in Business, Public Health or the Environment, different programmes at Yale offer Yale-NUS students special consideration or the chance to earn accelerated Masters Degrees in those fields:
All Yale-NUS graduates are members of the Yale Alumni Association, benefitting from lifelong connections with the global Yale community.
