A diverse range of sports and activities is offered to every Yale-NUS student. Students, regardless of experience and abilities, have ample opportunities to pick up a new sport. Often, students who have more experience in a sport coach their peers who are starting out. Many of our competitive teams started out as interest groups with participation from our first-year and second-year students. It is not uncommon to have staff, faculty, and family members from the Yale-NUS community join our training activities and college friendlies.

We strongly encourage our students to represent the College in the Inter-College Games (ICG), Inter-Faculty Games (IFG), and externally organised tournaments.
